Syllabus:
The syllabus of NEET medical exam 2017 includes Physics, Chemistry, Zoology and Botany. The exam is based on a common syllabus notified by the Medical Council of India (MCI). Candidates should have officially prescribed syllabus before starting preparation for the exam.
NEET 2017 UG Pattern of Question Paper:
NEET question paper consists of 180 questions, which are divided into four parts:
Physics (45 questions)
Chemistry (45 questions)
Zoology (45 questions)
Botany (45 questions)
NEET 2017 Application form
Applicants can only fill application forms through online. The application forms will be available from the first week of December. Candidates must go through the eligibility criteria and instructions carefully before filling online application form. Once aspirants are done with filling up of application form they must send the confirmation page (print out) along with other relevant documents at the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) address.
NEET 2017 Admit Card
The admit cards for exams will be provided via online mode through the official website of NEET. Aspirants have to download admit cards from the first week of April 2017. The admit cards will NOT be sent by post. The admit card entails exam information such as date, centre, name and roll number of the candidate.
NEET 2017 Result
The CBSE shall publish the result of NEET 2017 in the first week of June 2017. Students can check results through the official website of the board. Students are advised to take the printout of the exam’s result and keep it safe till the admission procedure. A merit list will be prepared for admission on the basis of marks secured by students in entrance test.
NEET Counseling 2017:
The Directorate General of Health Services will organize the counseling for 15% All India Quota through online mode. Admissions to students will be given as per the ranks scored by them in NEET 2017. Counseling for state quota, central institutions and universities or many others will be organized by their respective counseling authorities. During the counseling process, students will be asked to select medical and dental colleges as per their choices. Seats will be allotted to students as per choices filled by them and availability of seats in particular institutes.
